Amen Corner Scholarship Presentation at the 12/15/2023 Allegheny County Police Training Academy Graduation Ceremony

Law Enforcement Awards Committee Member Doug Cole presented the Amen Corner Scholarship to Cadet Jacob Soloman at the Allegheny County Police Training Academy Graduation Ceremony, held December 15, 2023, at the Academy.

Jacob is a graduate of Shaler High School and Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in Political Science, with a concentration in Homeland Security. Jacob held numerous leadership positions in high school and college and served as a Junior Firefighter for the Reserve Township Volunteer Fire Department.

Doug is the long-time Police Chief in Monroeville.
